1. The IAavishkar will not collect any personal data automatically while you/User are using Site.

To access/get specific contest/Service of site you/User may need to provide the details like Name, Email, Mobile number voluntarily or when you/user wants to connect with IAavishkar via contact form/Email/social media you may need to provide the required information voluntarily or if you want create account with/in Site you may need to provide the personal details voluntarily. And all data will be stored in server in the course of data backup with confidential.

Server log: IAavishkar will gather the certain information when the you/User visit the Site, such as IP Address of you/User Internet service provider, the website from which User visit Site, browser type, operating system, the date and time, duration of the visit, amount of data transferred and the pages visited. This will automatically store in server log when you visit Site and this is necessary/required to improve the Site content/information/service for User. IAavishkar will not make attempt to link these details to Identify the User/you visiting Site unless an attempt to damage the Site has been detected. • The Data collected (1, 2 and 4) are stored in Site serve as backup as long as User has access to Site/ util User request for removal of their Data. But IAavishkar has right to remove the Data collected from Site serve without prior notice to User.

• The Data collected (4) automatically in Serve log will be stored in Server for short period of time and will Removed/Deleted (this will be done periodically, Manually / Automatically) after analysis the data by IAavishkar for IAavishkar.
